Eligibility & Accounts

Your Obligations

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service
- We do not warrant that vehicles will be free from defects after purchase
- We are not responsible for seller or lender conduct or representations
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
